During your first visit, you'll complete a health history form so Dr. Shingler can understand your medical background and current concerns.
After your examination, Dr. Shingler will discuss findings and recommend a personalized care plan tailored to your health objectives.
We accept most major insurance plans. Please contact our office to verify your coverage before your visit. Self-pay options are also available for uninsured patients.
